Ontraport email verification options using mailfloss

If you’re using mailfloss for Ontraport email verification, you have four options at your disposal.

Before explaining the four options, make sure you have properly connected Ontraport to mailfloss. You only need to do this once and from then on mailfloss will be able to automatically perform email verifications for the connected Ontraport account.

Here’s a screenshot of the four options you have with Ontraport email validation:

The first option “Manually decide action on bad emails” will display emails deemed invalid so you can decide an action on them, like so:

With manual mode set, you can later decide to delete, unsubscribe, ignore, or report the status as incorrect for all contacts mailfloss determined as invalid.

The second option “Unsubscribe bad emails” will unsubscribe the contact from Ontraport. This action is irreversible.

The third option “Delete bad emails” is also irreversible. Once deleted, the contact is gone for good and you won’t find it inside of Ontraport anymore.

The final option is “do nothing”. Basically, all this option does is send you an email report of the latest floss session, but doesn’t actually change anything inside of Ontraport or mailfloss. This is most like boring, traditional email validation services, but is useful if you just want a report of the email verification statuses determined by mailfloss for the connected Ontraport account and nothing more.

ActiveCampaign Email Verification is here!

If you’re looking for ActiveCampaign email verification, look no further because mailfloss has you covered with our ActiveCampaign integration. Email verification for ActiveCampaign is important mainly for three important reasons, all related to maximizing your email ROI and profits.

  1. email verification helps you get your emails delivered to more real people because it increases email deliverability
  2. you save costs because you won’t be charged an email send to an invalid email
  3. the fake email won’t be in your email database, where it costs money to store

The problem is doing bulk email verification sucks. Prior to mailfloss, you didn’t have any good email verification options for ActiveCampaign. You basically had to remember to clean your email list every 6 months or before any big email marketing campaigns. And this was a pain in the ass. First, you would have to export your entire email list and wait for the process to finish. Then you’d have to upload this exported list to an email verification service and wait for that process to finish. Then you’d take your new list and compare it to your ActiveCampaign list, and manually remove all the invalid emails from the ActiveCampaign database.

And between those 6 months between cleaning your email list, you’d be accumulating all these invalid emails, and getting charged for holding them and sending emails to them as your inbox deliverability slowly decayed and your email ROI suffered. So you see, email verification is an important part of any healthy email marketing program. The problem is it sucks to do and takes too much time. Awful, just awful. And no more, not with mailfloss. We’ve completely simplified and automated the process for you so you save time, make more money with your email marketing, and can stay focused on your business rather than worrying about invalid emails.

All you need to do is connect ActiveCampaign, and then set the ActiveCampaign email verification options, and you’re all set. The best part is you only have to do this once, it takes 60 seconds, and it doesn’t require any complicated and confusing APIs or expensive developers to implement. If you can click on some buttons then you can do this. And if you get stuck, we’re here to help, and we can even do it for you (but seriously, it’s really easy).

If you want to know more about this integration, you can have a look at the ActiveCampaign integration page, and if you need more help you can check our support portal where we have articles and video walk-throughs for ActiveCampaign.

Our integration with ActiveCampaign is completely automated. No other email verification service exists that directly integrates with ActiveCampaign, let alone a completely automated, set-it and forget-it solution. The best part – mailfloss just so happens to be one of the most affordable, powerful, and accurate solutions out there, too (and we’re only getting better)! We’re so confident that you’ll love our ActiveCampaign integration that we offer a 7-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee for all of our subscription plans.

Don’t let all that hard work you put into your ActiveCampaign email marketing campaigns go to waste on fake emails. Sign up for a free trial of mailfloss and keep your ActiveCampaign email database protected from invalid emails. You can get up and running in the next 60 seconds.
